Situated near to the church and opposite the Primary School is the Parish Rooms building. This building is owned and managed by the Parish Rooms Committee, which comprises people from the local community.
While part of the space is used daily in school term times by Collaton St Mary Pre-School, the Parish Rooms are available for hire for a variety of functions. The hall is a good size for Children's parties, Christening receptions, quiz nights, fund raising events, AGMs and other general meetings. Booking well in advance is advisable to avoid disappointment.
